IMO is a Portuguese word that means intimate, which is deeper, more internal; the center, the core.
IMO is this “thing” we can't really explain... It´s deep rooted in our guts and it holds unknown forces capable of the unthinkable, proving that in life everything is possible.
IMO is where changes start.

This was the word that gave soul and body to IMO STUDIO. An aerial dance and movement studio that enhances the mind-body relationship in an integrative and lay back tone!
Here you’ll start a journey to the center of yourself, to discover you’re capable of anything, if you’re willing to start. If you are, Imo Studio will guide you throughout this journey of awareness and personal development, empowering your life through dance and movement.
To begin this journey, Imo Studio proposes a variety of aerial dance classes and other movement disciplines (e.g. pole dance, aerial yoga, body & mind prep, floorwork, among others), providing a safe, friendly and inclusive environment in which you walk in and feel at home!
