Aerial Yoga combines traditional asanas with aerial arts, using as a prop a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling, to either support on some poses or challenge on others.
SIGN UPAerial Yoga classes are designed to provide the perfect combination of yoga, aerial acrobatics, body conditioning and restorative.
Classes are OPEN LEVEL.
What will you learn?
You will learn how to enter and exit the hammock gracefully and execute a variety of poses that will develop your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and many other skills, well as self confidence. All this in a progressive and secure way!
What you need:
Sports clothes (e.g.: leggings, t-shirt/long sleeve shirt, sport bra);
1 towel;
Water.
What you don’t need:
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
You don’t need to be strong, flexible, athletic, young, or have any specific gender;
Don’t apply any lotion, oil or moisturizer on the day of class;
Don’t use rings, bracelets or clocks.
